Decorative coating is a fluorocarbon coating made of more than 70% PVDF resin of high performance kanar500 (or hylar5000), which has excellent weather resistance. Because the coating is completed on the continuous roller liquid coating line, the surface has a variety of color choices and excellent color and gloss consistency, which is greatly improved compared with other coating methods.

NON-COMBUSTIBLE
Class A fireproof aluminum composite panel, has been inspected and certified by the National Fireproof Building Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center in line with GB8624-2012 fireproof grade A index, and has obtained EN13501 fireproof A2 certification from SGS, Intertek and other international institutions.
High Flatness
The coefficient of thermal expansion of inorganic cores is close to that of metal surfaces, reducing internal stress caused by different expansion coefficients of the two materials
Environmental protection
Inorganic core materials do not contain radioactive harmful elements, halogen-free, smoke-free, non-toxic, tasteless, and have obtained the certification of national environmental protection building materials and the green leaf certification of Intertek.
Large Format
Under the premise of ensuring the flatness of the board surface and other properties, the maximum single board can reach a width of 1.6m and a length of 6m or more, which meets the design requirements.
Soundproofing & Heat Insulation
Class A fireproof composite board 4mm standard plate sound insulation parameters are 26dB. Due to the characteristics of uniform fine pores, inorganic core materials, its thermal conductivity is 0.31 W/m.K.
